How scoring works

Same idea as a March Madness pool: every round is worth 16 points in total, and the value of each correct pick doubles as the field shrinks.

Correct Round of 32 winner (×16 matches)1 pt each
Correct Round of 16 winner (×8)2 pts each
Correct Quarterfinal winner (×4)4 pts each
Correct Semifinal winner (×2)8 pts each
Correct Champion (×1)16 pts
Perfect bracket80 pts

You earn points whenever the team you advanced to a given round actually reaches it — even if your path there was different.

Playing with friends

Agree on a pool code (any word, e.g. OFFICE2026), build your bracket, enter your name and the code, and save. Everyone with the same code lands on one leaderboard. Lock in your picks before the Round of 32 kicks off — that's the honor system part.

The 2026 format

48 teams play in 12 groups. Group winners, runners-up and the 8 best third-place teams make a Round of 32. Rank each group on the Group Stage tab, pick your 8 thirds, and your knockout bracket assembles itself using the tournament's seeding paths.

Results grading is community-maintained: anyone in your group can update the Live Results tab as real matches finish.
